These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FolderSource website and the purchase and use of digital Products.
By accessing or purchasing from FolderSource, you agree to these Terms.
Definitions
“Products” means digital apps, plugins, tools, scripts, or other downloadable files offered on this website.
“You” refers to any individual or entity accessing or downloading the Products.
“License” means the limited right granted to you to use a Product under these Terms.
Pay what you want model
Certain Products are offered under a Pay What You Want (PWYW) model.
This means:
You may choose the price you wish to pay (subject to any stated minimum).
Some Products may be available for free (if you enter 0 where allowed).
Once payment is completed, the transaction is final.
Paying more does not grant additional rights unless explicitly stated.
All payments are voluntary but legally binding once processed.
License Grant
Upon download (free or paid), you are granted a:
Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product.
You MAY:
Use the Product for personal projects.
Use the Product in commercial projects.
Use the Product to create work for clients.
You MAY NOT:
Resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the original Product files.
Upload Products to marketplaces, repositories, or file-sharing platforms.
Include Products in template packs or bundles.
Claim the Product as your own work.
Remove copyright or license notices.
Reverse engineer protected code where prohibited by law.
Ownership of all Products remains with the creator of FolderSource.
Digital Delivery
All Products are delivered digitally via download link or account access.
No physical goods are shipped.
You are responsible for storing your downloaded files securely.
No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Products:
All sales are final.
Refunds may only be granted in cases of
serious technical defect that cannot be resolved after reasonable communication.
Refund decisions are made at FolderSource discretion.
Intellectual Property
All Products, source code, assets, branding, and website content are protected by
copyright and intellectual property laws.
Downloading a Product does not transfer ownership.
Disclaimer (“As Is”)
All Products are provided:
“As is” and “as available.”
FolderSource does not guarantee:
Compatibility with all systems or software versions
Error-free operation
Future updates
Suitability for a specific purpose
Use of the Products is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
FolderSource is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits
Loss of data
Business interruption
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
Termination of License
If a user violates these terms:
The license may be revoked.
The user must stop using the product.
All copies must be deleted.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of EU.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Croatia.
